Our Story

FAMILY-OWNED, COMMUNITY-MINDED — SERVING YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD EVERY DAY.

Cascade Plumbing was founded by master plumber Daniel Reeves with one truck and a simple promise: show up on time, be honest about the price, and fix it right the first time.

Today our team of eight licensed plumbers serves the greater Long Island City area. We take on everything from simple faucet repairs to full home repiping, and we still treat every customer's home like it's our own.

We believe plumbing should be simple. You call, we answer. We show up, we fix it. No runaround, no surprises, no stress.

Our Values

What Sets Us Apart

Every decision we make comes back to one question: would we want this done in our own home?

  • Transparent Pricing

We quote before we start. The price you approve is the price you pay — period.

  • Respect for Your Time

We provide 2-hour arrival windows and call 30 minutes before we arrive. No all-day waiting.

  • Fully Licensed Team

Every plumber on our team is licensed, bonded, insured, and background-checked.

  • Clean Work, Every Time

Shoe covers on, drop cloths down, cleanup after. Your home stays as clean as we found it.
